Assamic Premium is selected by our in-house tasting team, the same people behind
every product we sell. Leaf size, body, and aroma are checked by hand before any
batch is approved. A tea called "premium" should earn that name, not just wear it
on the label – that's the standard we hold this range to, batch after batch, without
exception, the same way we do for everything else we sell under the Bhalo Cha
name.
